1. Subscription Billing & Delivery Schedule
- Monthly Auto-Ship ($21.99 / month): Billed automatically once per month. Includes each monthly study installment or seasonal delivery sequence.
- Quarterly Auto-Ship ($59.99 / quarter): Billed automatically once every 3 months, synchronized with our quarterly broadcast seasons.
2. Full Self-Service Control in Your Customer Portal
You have complete control over your subscription at all times without needing to email support:
- Pause Deliveries: Pause your upcoming shipments for 30, 60, or 90 days if you need extra time to finish a study or are away from home.
- Skip Upcoming Shipments: Skip any single upcoming delivery with one click.
- Update Details: Modify your shipping address, email, or payment method securely anytime.
3. Cancellation Terms
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your online Customer Portal with zero cancellation fees or penalties. To ensure you are not charged for your next scheduled order, please submit your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date. Once cancelled, your recurring charges stop immediately.
